Léa Galice

Passionate about comics, adventures, and learning about various—and sometimes absurd—things, it is quite naturally that Léa threw herself enthusiastically into co-writing CityZen (Dupuis; Europe Comics in English) when her sister Jeanne (Jain) asked her to participate in the project alongside her. Her first comic book, Jim & Kim, was written when she was 9 years old. It was an inspiring and exciting story about two soul mates who meet, work, and fall in love for life. Later, she managed to deconstruct these capitalist, patriarchal, and Judeo-Christian clichés. At the age of 33, after many experiences abroad, 15 years living in Paris, and 3 companies created in cycling, product development, and video games, this project represents the realization of a childhood dream.
